Job
Description |
-
Design
maintenance strategies, procedures and methods in form of the
maintenance manual
-
To assist in
installation and commissioning of equipments under Bulk Material
Handling System.
-
Planning and
scheduling planned preventive maintenance to minimize breakdown.
-
Diagnosing
breakdowns and carrying out prompt repairs to recommission same.
-
Breakdown fault
analysis and recording & taking steps to prevent recurrence.
-
Directing,
instructing and supervising of operators, technicians and fitters
assigned.
-
Carrying out
quality inspections
-
Candidates
preferably should be from industries / sectors dealing with Bulk
Material Handling System like Ship loader, Ship Unloader,
Stackers, Reclaimers , Conveyors, Tippling Station etc.

Note-
The port is currently under commissioning & will commence its commercial
operation in due course of time. All selected candidates will be part of
the pre- commissioning team for implementation of Bulk Material Handling
System of Dhamra Project. Upon commissioning, the candidates will be
posted in operations & maintenance activities of Bulk Material Handling
System
