Experience |
Candidates should
have at least 10 years relevant hands on maintenance experience, out
of which least 2 years at senior positions, of a major bulk
mechanical handling plant comprising of conveying system, stacker/reclaimer,
tippling system, ship loaders and unloaders etc. Prior experience of
maintaining hydraulics & lubrication system and planning &
procurement of spares and consumables are essential. |

Job
Description |
-
Manage and
maintain all equipments associated with bulk material handling
system and workshop on 24/7 basis for all types of mechanical
maintenance.
-
Maintenance of
auxiliary services e.g. dust suppression, fire fighting system and
other similar services.
-
Planning and
indenting for spare parts and consumables in cost effective
manner.
-
Preparation of maintenance schedules and upgradation of the same
as and when necessary
-
Preparation,
submission and maintenance of records pertaining to mechanical
maintenance
-
Preparation and
maintenance of all details pertaining to repairs, overhauls,
modifications and replacement of equipments / sub assemblies /
spare parts.

Prepare and
maintenance of fault analysis books with recommendation.

Coordinate with
head office for all relevant planning, MIS and commercial related
matters
